The usual basic Ibis level, but with a fresh touch and care of design, so it gives a nice, almost luxury impression, both lobby and rooms. Impeccably clean, staff at the lobby and cleaning lady extremely helpful and friendly. It feels like a beloved village family inn, not an Ibis chain unit.

Ibis is a cosy hotel with basic facilities but enough for a short stay. It offers a very nice breakfast and is within walking distance to the St Louis train station - even with luggage. What is more, the free transfer to and from the airport ( starting at 4 am) is a great plus.

We liked that the room was large, staff was personable, there was a restaurant on site, taxi shuttle was free on way to the hotel, price of hotel was reasonable and close to the airport

The staff were friendly with good language skills. The free early morning shuttle to the airport was gratefully accepted and very useful. The location in the centre of the city is great and it is a short walk from the railway station. The hotel was very quiet and clean, and the bed was comfy.

Good value and location, a short walk from a tram stop. Despite being near the airport surrounded by busy roads, none of the street noise reached the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous and attentive.

Great service. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Extra pillows. Nice clean and modern. Airport shuttle service. Perfect for a budget short stay. Highly recommend. Great value.

Well situated for the airport, the service and staff were at the usual Ibis level,, nothing spectacular but efficient and welcoming. Easy electrical car charge nearby, it will be more and more a determinig factor for travallers

As usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome , which us why i like coming back.. The rooms are very clean with all necessary amenities and the bed comfortable . 10/15 minutes walk from station and close to shops and restaurants in saint louis.
